Wir orientieren uns an den Durchführungskriterien unserer Kunden und legen dabei größten Wert auf transparente und jederzeit nachvollziehbare Systeme der Organisation. Unsere Planungsaufgaben erledigen wir mit dem notwendigen Überblick für das Gesamtprojekt und ohne die Konzentration auf das Wesentliche zu verlieren.
Die rechtzeitige aber auch kontrollierte Abstimmung mit den Behörden ist Teil unserer Vorbereitung.
Wir planen und erarbeiten Lösungen, die wir auch konstruieren und mit vertretbaren Mitteln realisieren können.
We orientate ourselves by the execution criteria of our clients and set the highest value on transparent and always comprehensible systems of the organisation. We carry out our planning duties with the necessary view of the whole project and without loosing the concentration on the essential.
Part of our preparation is the timely but also controlled agreement with the authorities.
We plan and elaborate only solutions, which we can construct and realize with justifiable measures.
Die Arbeitsvorbereitungen, die Preisanfragen und die Vergaben von Bauleistungen werden von uns immer in Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber durchgeführt. Der faire Umgang mit Auftragnehmern ist für uns ebenso selbstverständlich wie die Wahrung der Interessen unserer Auftraggeber.
Wir sind jederzeit zur Mitarbeit in Projektteams bereit und in der Lage, für unsere Kunden diese Teams aufzustellen und zu leiten.
Im Sinne eines modernen Qualitätsmanagements können wir durch dokumentierbare Arbeitsabläufe zu jedem Zeitpunkt den Status eines Projekts sowie unserer Arbeit offenlegen.
Work preparations, price inquiries and placing of building services are always carried out by us in agreement with the customer. The fair company with contractors is as obvious for us as the protection of our customers' interests.
We are always prepared to work in project teams and able to build and head those teams for our customers.
By provable sequences of work, we can at any time disclose the state of a project as well as of our work, which is in the sense of modern quality management.
